John Gammon, PhD.1

John received PhD from the University of Durham, England. He spent much of his career in industry, including several years at New Jersey Zinc and as exploration manager in Scandinavia, southeast Asia and western North America for Falconbridge. John served as Ontario's Assistant Deputy Minister, Mines and Minerals Division, for 16 years before his retirement in 2006. John is a director of several public companies.

Austin F. Gulliver, PhD.1

Austin is Dean of Science and a Professor of Physics and Astronomy at Brandon University. He has been involved for more than 15 years with the mining interests of the Berrospi family of Peru of which his wife is a member.

Roger Moss, PhD., P.Geo.1

Roger is President of Los Andes Copper Ltd. He has more than 20 years international experience in the exploration industry working in Chile, South Africa, Namibia, Canada and Mexico. Roger was instrumental in the discovery of the multi-million-ounce Navachab gold deposit in Namibia.

John T. Postle, P.Eng.1

John is an independent consulting mining engineer associated with Roscoe Postle Associates Inc., a firm he co-founded in 1985. John received his undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia and an M.Sc. in Earth Sciences from Stanford University. In 1997, he was awarded the CIM Robert Elver Mineral Economics Award and is currently Chairman of the CIM Standing Committee on Ore Reserve Definitions.

Frank van de Water, C.A.1

Frank holds a B.Comm. from Concordia University and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has been involved in international mining, metals and resource companies for more than 40 years in over 35 countries. He is CFO of Zaruma Resources Inc. and is a director of several public companies.
