James S. Borland
President and Director
Jim has been involved in the mining industry for more than 25 years. He founded Borland, Levand & Associates in 1998, a firm that has provided management services to clients in the mineral resources sector including Anvil Mining, Blue Pearl Mining and Glencairn Gold Corp. Previously, he was Manager of Research Communications for BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and Vice-President Investor Relations for Boliden Ltd. From 1987 to 1992, he was Editor of The Northern Miner newspaper, having worked at the publication as a journalist since 1984. Jim is a director of several public companies.
Graham Desson, C.A.

Graham graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from St. Andrews University in Scotland in 1968 and received his Chartered Accountant designation in Ontario in 1973. He has served as CFO, Director of Treasury and Compliance, and Corporate Controller for public companies listed on the Toronto and New York stock exchanges and on NASDAQ.

Bill is a partner and Practice Leader of the Securities Law Group of the Toronto law firm of Gardiner Roberts LLP. Bill's securities and corporate law practice includes more than 20 years of experience with mineral resource companies. Bill is an officer and/or director of several public companies.
